These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the blanis.eu online store and the conditions applicable to orders placed through the website.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Site / Website – the online store available at blanis.eu;
Seller – SC WOBA DESIGN STUDIO SRL;
Customer – any individual or legal entity using the website and/or placing an order;
Consumer – an individual acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or professional activity;
Products – the goods offered for sale through blanis.eu;
Order – a request submitted by the Customer through the website to purchase one or more Products;

Products sold through blanis.eu are presented using photographs, images, videos, descriptions and technical specifications.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information and images displayed on the website accurately represent the Products offered for sale.

Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur due to:

monitor, smartphone or other device settings;
lighting conditions in which photographs were taken;
minor manufacturing differences between production batches.

Dimensions, materials, instructions for use and other relevant characteristics are provided, where applicable, on each Product page.

5. Product Prices

Product prices are displayed on the website in the currency applicable to the Customer or selected market.

Displayed prices include VAT where applicable, in accordance with applicable legislation.

SC WOBA DESIGN STUDIO SRL reserves the right to change Product prices, promotions and offers available on the website.

Changes in prices will not affect Orders already accepted at the confirmed price.

In the event of an obvious error in the displayed price or other essential Product information, the Seller may contact the Customer to clarify the situation before processing the Order. Pasted markdown

6. Placing and Confirming Orders

By placing an Order, the Customer confirms that:

the information provided is accurate and complete;
they have checked the selected Products and quantities;
they have reviewed the relevant Product information;
they accept these Terms and Conditions;
they accept the obligation to pay for the Order.

After placing an Order, the Customer may receive an automatic confirmation by email, SMS or other available communication methods.

SC WOBA DESIGN STUDIO SRL reserves the right to confirm certain Orders by telephone, email or WhatsApp before dispatch.

The Seller may refuse or cancel an Order in situations including:

incomplete or incorrect contact information;
inability to confirm an Order where confirmation is required;
Product unavailability;
reasonable suspicion of fraud;
repeated refusal or failure to collect previous Orders;
obvious errors relating to Product prices or information;
other justified circumstances preventing fulfilment of the Order.

7. Delivery

Products sold through blanis.eu are dispatched from Brașov, Transylvania, Romania, through our delivery and courier partners.

Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated to the Customer and may vary depending on the destination country and delivery method.

Delivery times may be affected by:

Product availability;
delivery destination;
the date and time the Order is placed;
busy periods and public holidays;
weather conditions;
courier operations;
customs procedures where applicable;
circumstances beyond the Seller's reasonable control.

After dispatch, the Customer may receive a tracking number or tracking information for the parcel.

Shipping costs are displayed before the Order is completed.

Where free shipping promotions are available, the applicable conditions and minimum Order value will be displayed on the website.

8. Payment Methods

Depending on the options available on the website and in the Customer's country at the time the Order is placed, payment may be made using:

online card payment;
bank transfer;
cash on delivery, where available;
other payment methods displayed during checkout.

The payment methods available for a specific Order will be shown during checkout.

9. Refused or Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is:

refused without a justified reason;
not collected from a parcel locker or collection point;
not collected following delivery attempts by the courier;
returned to the sender because delivery could not be completed for reasons attributable to the Customer;

SC WOBA DESIGN STUDIO SRL reserves the right to request reimbursement of the shipping and return costs incurred, to the extent permitted by applicable legislation.

For future Orders, the Seller may require advance payment from Customers who have repeatedly refused or failed to collect previous Orders. Pasted markdown

10. Right of Withdrawal – Consumers

In accordance with applicable EU and Romanian consumer protection legislation, Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the Products, without having to provide a reason.

A withdrawal request may be submitted using the return form available on blanis.eu or by contacting:

It is sufficient for the Consumer to communicate their decision to withdraw before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Returned Products must be appropriately packaged and, where reasonably possible:

clean;
complete;
returned with the accessories and components supplied;
free from damage caused by the Customer;
free from signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.

The absence of the original packaging does not automatically remove the Consumer's statutory right of withdrawal.

The Consumer may be liable for any diminished value of the Products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Pasted markdown

11. Return Costs and Refunds

When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the Products is borne by the Customer.

If a Product:

is defective;
has been damaged during transportation;
differs from the Product ordered;
has been delivered incorrectly;

the shipping costs necessary to resolve a justified complaint will be covered by SC WOBA DESIGN STUDIO SRL.

Refunds due following the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which the Seller is informed of the Consumer's decision to withdraw, in accordance with applicable legislation.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned Products have been received or until the Consumer provides evidence that the Products have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the parties expressly agree otherwise.

Where a refund is made by bank transfer, the Customer must provide valid bank account details.

12. Returns – Business Customers

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to Consumers does not generally apply to Orders placed by legal entities or Customers acting in the course of their business or professional activity.

Returns may be accepted in the circumstances specified in our Return Policy, including where:

the Product is defective;
the Product has been damaged during transportation;
the Product is incomplete;
the Product delivered differs from the Product ordered.

Return requests based on a change of mind, incorrect Product or quantity ordered, or the Product no longer being required may be refused. Pasted markdown

13. Products Damaged During Delivery

If a Product arrives damaged, broken or otherwise affected during transportation, the Customer is requested to contact us as soon as possible after receiving the parcel and, where possible, within 24 hours.

To help us resolve the issue quickly and submit a claim to the courier, we may request:

clear photographs of the Product;
photographs showing the damage;
photographs of the outer packaging;
photographs of the inner packaging and protective materials;
a photograph of the shipping label;
the Order number.

14. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Products sold through blanis.eu benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Where a lack of conformity is established, the Consumer is entitled to the remedies provided by applicable law, subject to the conditions and order established by that legislation.

Depending on the circumstances, these remedies may include:

repair;
replacement;
an appropriate reduction in price;
termination of the Contract and reimbursement, where the applicable legal conditions are met.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorised modifications or failure to follow the instructions for use, insofar as the reported issue results from such circumstances. Pasted markdown

15. Use of Products

Customers are responsible for using Products for their intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions provided on the website, packaging or with the Product, as applicable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SC WOBA DESIGN STUDIO SRL cannot be held liable for damage or loss caused by improper use of a Product or use contrary to its intended purpose or instructions. Pasted markdown

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SC WOBA DESIGN STUDIO SRL cannot be held responsible for:

delays attributable to the courier after the parcel has been handed over for delivery;
delays caused by force majeure or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
incorrect delivery addresses or contact information provided by the Customer;
damage caused by improper use or handling of Products;
minor colour differences resulting from the settings of the device used to view the website;
temporary website interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond the Seller's reasonable control.

18. Intellectual Property

Original elements of blanis.eu, including the logo, visual identity, text, photographs, videos and graphic elements for which SC WOBA DESIGN STUDIO SRL holds the necessary rights, are protected by applicable intellectual property legislation.

20. Disputes

Any dispute between the Customer and SC WOBA DESIGN STUDIO SRL will, where possible, be resolved amicably.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled by the competent courts in accordance with applicable legislation.
