Return Request

If you would like to return one or more products purchased from blanis.eu, please complete the return form below.

Once your request has been submitted, our team will review it. You will receive all the necessary information and instructions regarding the return process by email as soon as possible.

Important Information

Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the Products, in accordance with applicable EU and Romanian consumer protection legislation.

Business Customers may request a return only in the circumstances specified in our Return Policy, including where Products are defective, damaged during transportation or delivered incorrectly.

If your Product is damaged, has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to your Order, please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Please attach clear photographs of the Product, packaging and shipping label.

Returned Products must be appropriately packaged to ensure they are protected and are not damaged during return transportation.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive all the necessary shipping information and return instructions by email.
