RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy applies to products purchased through the blanis.eu online store, operated by SC WOBA DESIGN STUDIO SRL.

Returns – Business Customers

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal available to Consumers does not generally apply to orders placed by legal entities or Customers acting in the course of their business or professional activity.

Returns may be accepted in the following circumstances:

• the Product has a manufacturing defect;
• the Product was damaged during transportation;
• the Product delivered does not correspond to the Order placed;
• a different Product was delivered from the one ordered.

Any claim relating to a defective, damaged or incorrect Product should be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, where possible, and should include clear photographs of:

• the Product;
• the packaging;
• the shipping label;
• the damaged area or reported defect.

Where necessary to assess the issue, we may request additional photographs or video recordings.

Returns requested for reasons unrelated to Product quality or incorrect fulfilment of the Order — for example, a change of mind, ordering the wrong Product or quantity, or no longer requiring the Product — may be refused.

If the return request is approved, Products must be returned in appropriate condition, clean and suitably packaged to protect them during transportation and prevent additional damage.

Where the claim is justified, SC WOBA DESIGN STUDIO SRL will cover the return shipping costs and, as appropriate and in accordance with applicable legislation, may:

• replace the Product;
• otherwise resolve the issue;
• refund the Product price.

If the claim is found to be unjustified or the return is requested for reasons other than those listed above, shipping costs will be borne by the Customer and the return request may be refused.

Returns – Consumers

Consumers generally have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the Products, without having to provide a reason, in accordance with applicable EU and Romanian consumer protection legislation.

It is sufficient for the Consumer to communicate their decision to withdraw before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Condition of Returned Products

Consumers are responsible only for any diminished value of the Products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Where reasonably possible, Products should be returned:

• with all accessories and components originally supplied;
• clean;
• free from damage caused by the Customer;
• without signs of excessive use;
• with any documents and accessories originally supplied, where applicable;
• in the original packaging, where available.

The absence of the original packaging does not automatically remove the Consumer's statutory right of withdrawal.

Products must be appropriately packaged for return transportation to protect them from damage.

Return Shipping Costs

Where a Consumer exercises their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and the Product is not defective and was delivered correctly, the direct cost of returning the Product is borne by the Customer.

Where the Product:

• has a manufacturing defect;
• was damaged during transportation;
• differs from the Product ordered;
• was delivered incorrectly;

the shipping costs necessary to resolve a justified claim will be covered by SC WOBA DESIGN STUDIO SRL.

Products Damaged During Delivery

If a Product arrives damaged, broken or otherwise affected during transportation, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the parcel and, where possible, within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly and submit a claim to the courier, please provide clear photographs of:

• the damaged Product;
• the outer packaging;
• the inner packaging and protective materials;
• the shipping label;
• the damaged area.

Where necessary, we may request additional photographs or video recordings.

Reporting transportation damage promptly helps us identify the cause and resolve your claim as quickly as possible.

Refunds

After submitting a withdrawal request, the Customer will receive confirmation that the request has been registered, together with the information necessary to return the Product.

Refunds for returned Products will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the Customer and SC WOBA DESIGN STUDIO SRL expressly agree to another refund method.

Where a refund is made by bank transfer, the Customer must provide valid bank account details.

Refunds due under applicable legislation will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the Consumer's decision to withdraw from the Contract.

We reserve the statutory right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned Products or until the Customer provides evidence that the Products have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds relating to the exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal will be processed in accordance with applicable EU and Romanian consumer protection legislation.

Returning Products

Once the return request has been registered and reviewed, the Customer will receive the necessary instructions, including the method and address for returning the Products.

We recommend that Customers do not send Products back before receiving the return instructions. This helps prevent parcels from being sent to the wrong address or delays in identifying and processing the return.

Returned Products must be appropriately packaged to ensure they are protected throughout transportation.

To help us identify and process the Order quickly, the request should include, where applicable:

• the Customer's name;
• the Order number;
• the Product or Products to be returned;
• the reason for the request, where the Product is defective, damaged or was delivered incorrectly;
• relevant photographs where the claim relates to damage, a defect or Product non-conformity.

Final Provisions

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to Consumers subject to the conditions established by applicable legislation.

For orders placed by legal entities or Customers acting in the course of their business or professional activity, the return conditions set out in this Return Policy and our Terms and Conditions apply.

This Return Policy forms part of the terms applicable to Orders placed through blanis.eu.
